Design and construction of a 14 bedroom, two-storey Community Care Accommodation Facility comprising 14 sole occupancy self-contained bedrooms, Supported Independent Living (SIL) facility, plus administration, amenities and accommodation for staff. Scope also includes car parking, landscaping, and site service’s infra-structure.
