New recital hall and drama facility extension. Construction of new 110 seat recital hall and music tuition rooms, including additional drama hall green room extension. Built for Clarke Hopkins Clarke architects, the hall included a polished concrete floor, and extensive acoustic panelling, as well as new adjoining classrooms.
