Chilwell Library Upgrade

Extension & remodelling of single storey Chilwell Library Building, City of Greater Geelong. Scope of work includes, building works, joinery fit out, FF&E, site works, excavation, civil construction, service connection and extensions, and landscaping works (protection works & make good only). Additionally includes upgrade building services (water, sewer & electricity) and partial demolition of existing building, associated fencing and detached public toilet including abolishing any redundant services to direction of responsible authority.
