To fulfil the expansion plan of Emmanuel College, Point Cook, we were awarded the opportunity to build a new trades training centre, which focussed on preparing students for trade apprenticeship. The building was primarily steel framed in structure with Knauf Permarock cladding. Permarock is an aggregate cement sheet embedded with glass fibre mesh giving a high dimensional stability for a render finish.
