A new Learning Facility consisting of an Art’s Studio connected to a double height under cover,  north facing outdoor space. Providing access to the large extended under croft of the building through large format glazed sliding doors. 

The upper floor consists of 3 general purpose classrooms all interconnected to a large multi functional space, external undercover terrace areas, smaller break-out rooms and toilet amenities.
