Construction of a new 2 story learning facility for Minx Architects, comprising of 4 science labs, 2 VCAL training rooms, and multiple breakout areas. This project requires a delicate demolition and staging initiative to allow for current science centres to remain, and houses state of the art science equipment and services. A new centre is required to interface with existing buildings, and includes fume cupboards, and acid neutralisation tank amongst other required speciality features. Contract Value $3,090,000.
