Demolition and removal works including concrete paving, footings, timber decking, floors, walls, ceilings, structure and joinery., fixtures and fittings. Extension and refurbishment of existing Sustainability lab into a larger Science Lab including laying conc. slab, building new walls, floors, fit new windows/doors, extend ceiling, fit new joinery, fixtures & fixtures.
