Emmanuel College, Marianist Building

Construction of a new two-storey Staff Admin & Music Centre. The new facility will have multiple small to large office spaces, a staff lunch area with seating and small to large music practice rooms, including a large music theory and band room on the ground floor. The smaller first floor footprint includes an open plan staff workspace, and associated meeting and collaboration rooms. The work involved the demolition of 3 existing buildings, reticulation of site services and linking the proposed new building to the existing Chapel and existing Jubilee Building bridge. The site works includes area for the new bus parking & bins area to the west of the proposed building and 6 new carparking spaces near north west entry.
