Recognising Magellan’s staff previous retail experience of constructing the Safeway facility, MCD Australia (Project Managers) required short programmed works for the standard packaged, specified liquor store.

The scope included re adjusting services, with no disturbance to the existing business. A well coordinated program and good communication had led this project to be delivered well within the time constraint.
