This challenging refurbishment of a Victorian period building included 6 levels of demolition and rebuilding of interiors to the exacting standard of Quest Apartments. Magellan joined the project at the design stage contributing solutions in the development of the enterprise with the application of sound management systems, budget control, and construction expertise.

Re-characterising the heritage style of the building into a modern living space has seen this project transform into another successful development for the Quest Serviced Apartment Group.
