The project consisted of conventional structure design which included a basement car park / transfer slab and reinforced core infill block work.

With the Quest Geelong design, emphasis on low maintenance services, high level of acoustic attenuation including a passenger lift and security card entry readers.  The complexities with regard to town planning / build ability were overcome by well coordinated team fusion, design changes and budget management to deliver a successful development to the Quest Serviced Apartment Group.
