This mixed club and retail tenancy development has design and construction features consisting of steel / precast concrete panel structure.  The suspended concrete floor was conventionally formed with Bondek on steel beams.  External stainless steel hand railing to balconies and wave forms are features to the facades, popular seaside styles.

A commercial kitchen, disabled lift and standard fit out compliments of this new RSL club room.  Procurement of sub contractors and deliveries of special equipment has resulted in the project to be delivered to our client's expectations.
