This Project is the first phase of the staged construction of the Lutheran College in Mount Duneed. Stage 1 involves the construction of, sporting facilities and two buildings which will house, staff and student facilities. Staff facilities such as the reception area, staff room and Principals office will be housed in one of the buildings , the 4 classrooms will be in the other building. In order to meet the deadlines, for the school opening schedule, Magellan Projects will be required to demonstrate its highly proficient planning skills, in the construction management of the Lutheran College.
