This single storey brick veneer building

is built up to the side and front

boundaries of a narrow site. A retaining

wall in conjunction with the walls of the

adjoining buildings was used to create a

sub floor area which may potentially be

used for storage. The open atrium and

skylights give the space an open air

feel, in keeping with the out door

lifestyle of the occupants of the coastal

region.
