Warrnambool is the regional service centre in south west Victoria. First settled in 1840 Warrnambool has developed into an important manufacturing and distribution centre. The project involves the demolition and rebuilding of the Coles store in the Central Business District of Warrnambool.

The site location of the project has meant that a great deal of planning in terms of the accessibility, clean up and security of the site in order to meet the deadlines set by the client and Coles. Magellan Projects has had to demonstrate its adept planning and organizational skills in keeping with the Lascorp Developments and the Coles Group guide lines and programs.
